Twenty-two story condominium on West Beach. Project consisted of waterproofing vertical surfaces using Sherwin Williams Hydrophobic Waterproofing Coating. All sealants replaced with urethane sealants.

• 4000 sq ft of stucco replacement due to wind damage.
• 8000 sq ft Pecora deck coating applied to common area walkways using decorative quartz finish.
